  • Ingredients: Armyra, white from 95% Chardonnay and 5% Malagousia varieties. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks (70%) and in new French barriques for 6 months (30%). Short fermentation extraction and batonnage. The color is clear yellow-green with greenish highlights. The nose is expressive, with aromas of ripe peach, melon, green apple, tropical fruits such as pineapple as well as hints of lemon. Aromas of butter and bread crust complete the aromatic profile.
