After pre-fermentation extraction, the wine was vinified in French oak barrels, where it remained for about 5 months in contact with its fine lees, thus gaining in body and aromatic complexity. The color of the wine is golden yellow. On the nose it is characterized by a rich, fatty and balanced taste, with pleasant acidity. aromas of exotic fruits accompanied by vanilla and honey.
