Aging: 8 months in oak barrels Organoleptic characteristics: Light pomegranate color with subtle purple highlights that make it impressive in the glass. On the nose come sweet aromas of pomegranate and sour cherry or aromas of cherry, while there are hints of caramel and vanilla as it develops in the glass. In the mouth it is round, with a velvety feel. The sweetness is in perfect balance with the acidity which gives a refreshing sensation in the mouth, while the minimal tannic hints add complexity. A long-lasting finish with a feeling of fruit completes the taste experience.
