Country of Origin: Greece - Region: Crete Condition: Mild - Dryness: Dry - Variety: Vidiano - The white wine of the Strataridaki Winery label is dry, has medium acidity, medium body and pale lemon green color in the glass. Due to its aromatic character as well as its oiliness, Vidiano goes well with grilled squid or cuttlefish, with pesto sauce or some aromatic olive oil.

Its aroma is complex with citrus fruits in the foreground, green fruits such as apple and peach following and all embraced by very subtle hints of oak. In the mouth, the high acidity makes it seem austere at first, but then comes a sense of oiliness that brings balance, leaving a long aftertaste The vinification in stainless steel and concrete tanks as well as in French oak barrels, combined with the fruit and acidity, give it the structure to evolve beautifully over time.

TERRE DE ZEUS MALAGOUSIA NAVITAS

Dry, Mild, White, Malagouzia Under the gaze of Jupiter, with the 52 peaks of Olympus as a background, Malagouzia has found ideal conditions and the right care to give us a very beautiful expression. A feast of aromas that bring to mind fruits such as pineapple, pear and apricot, herbs such as basil and citrus blossoms. Delicious and juicy taste, with surprisingly, considering the variety, lively acidity that gives nerve and fruity aftertaste with duration. A wine that could evolve nicely for at least 2-3 years. It is a certified vegan wine.

ARMYRA KTIMA SKOURAS

Armyra, white from 95% Chardonnay and 5% Malagousia varieties. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks (70%) and in new French barriques for 6 months (30%). Short fermentation extraction and batonnage. The color is clear yellow-green with greenish highlights. The nose is expressive, with aromas of ripe peach, melon, green apple, tropical fruits such as pineapple as well as hints of lemon. Aromas of butter and bread crust complete the aromatic profile.

GEROVASILIOU ESTATE FUME SAUVIGNON BLANC

It comes from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is grown in a small part of the Estate's vineyard. After pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, it ferments at around 20°C in French oak barrels, where it remains for a few months with its lees. It has a bright golden yellow color and a bouquet with character of summer and exotic fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) against a background of smoky vanilla and aromatic herbs.

KONSTANTARA ESTATE FUME SAUVIGNON BLANC

Country of origin : Greece - Sweetness : Dry - Condition : Quiet - Organic cultivation : Yes - Alcohol: 13.5% - Appellation of origin/Region: P.G.E. Halkidiki - Barrel: 4 months - On the face it is bright lemon with golden highlights. On the nose it has an intense, complex and rich aromatic character, with aromas of citrus fruits, passion fruit, pineapple and apple, but also notes of nuts, vanilla and tobacco, which came from the wine's aging in American barrels.

CHARDONNAY IDISMA DRIOS

The wine was named Idysma Dryos because it is characterized by the richness and sweetness that oak barrels impart to the taste and aroma of Chardonnay. After pre-fermentation extraction, the wine was vinified in French oak barrels, where it remained for about 5 months in contact with its fine lees, thus gaining in body and aromatic complexity. The color of the wine is golden yellow. On the nose it is characterized by a rich, fatty and balanced taste, with pleasant acidity. aromas of exotic fruits accompanied by vanilla and honey.

With only 3000 bottles available, this is a very special and rare bottle of the Grenache Rouge variety. The next release will depend on ideal weather conditions in the right plots. Fresh fruit such as blackcurrant, accompanied by a slight hint of lemon but also hints of minerality, saltiness and citrus peel. NAVITAS, Mountcloud Grenache

Mountcloud... like the clouds that hug the peaks of Olympus. This is the one and only single vineyard rosé wine from the Navitas winery, from the Grenache Rouge variety. The Navitas winery is located in the prefecture of Pieria, in Litochoro, just below Mount Olympus. The grapes come from 20-year-old vines grown in sandy clay soils with stony subsoil.

MIRAVAL

Rosé, Dry, Mild / 13% Alc / Region: France, Provence - Varieties: Cinsaut, Grenache, Rolle, Syrah - Character: A wine from the personal estate in Provence of Brand Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The famous Hollywood ex-couple in collaboration with the Perrin wine family made a sparkling, rosé wine that is worth trying.

L’ESPRIT DU LAC KYR-YANNI

Dry, Mild, Rosé, Black, 12.5% alc Its color is light salmon with some orange highlights. Its aroma is dominated by floral elements such as rose but also red fruits reminiscent of strawberry and cherry and is completed by subtle hints of cinnamon. In the mouth it is provocative and expressive with crisp fresh red fruit, thirst-quenching acidity, medium body and fruity aftertaste.

IDYLLE D’ACHINOS LA TOUR MELAS

Dry, Mild, Rosé, Grenache, Syrah, Aghiorgitiko, 13.5% alc Light rose color, strongly reminiscent of the color of Provence rosés. Juicy and lively aromas of rose, orange peel and red fruits such as cherry and blueberry. In the mouth it is cool, with moderate volume and a nice crystalline aftertaste.

MOSCHOPOLIS WINERY – MOSCHOPOLIS 8

Variety : Xinomavro, Syrah Vineyard : Dry vineyard with limited production. Aging: 8 months in oak barrels Organoleptic characteristics: Light pomegranate color with subtle purple highlights that make it impressive in the glass. On the nose come sweet aromas of pomegranate and sour cherry or aromas of cherry, while there are hints of caramel and vanilla as it develops in the glass. In the mouth it is round, with a velvety feel. The sweetness is in perfect balance with the acidity which gives a refreshing sensation in the mouth, while the minimal tannic hints add complexity. A long-lasting finish with a feeling of fruit completes the taste experience.

CHATEAU MINUTY M DE MINUTY ROSE

Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah variety. Chateau Minuty is located in Provence, just outside Saint-Tropez. The wines of the Chateau Minuty estate are synonymous with refinement, elegance and cosmopolitan character. Impressive bottle and label that seduces you from the first glance. Soft pink salmon that captivates you from the beginning. On the nose, aromas of stone fruits such as peach, nectarine, apricot and mango, aromas reminiscent of orange peel and aromas of small red forest fruits are discernible.
